We will be moving in in early November. We're really excited and looking forward to it. We have been working with Megan and she's been awesome. The application process is very thorough.

When I first moved here two + years ago, it was incredible! The leasing staff was amazing, attentive. The grounds were well maintained. Shortly after, there was a management company change and they ran the complex into the ground. Nothing was properly maintained. The new tenants in and out constantly were horrible. Management never communicated anything, ever. They were rarely in the office, even post covid. It’s my understanding that a few months ago management changed again and things seem to be slowly turning around. It’s still nowhere near the level of decency it was when I first chose to live here.

I have been a resident here for 12 months, NEVER late on my rent, no complaints, I’m a quiet person. I was recently informed through email that if I signed a new lease that my rent would go up $200 and I would have to pay a $225 renewal fee. I called to speak to the office manager, Katherine, about this and she was completely rude about it and was no help at all. I then asked to speak to her manager, Shayla, and got no response. After a week of waiting to hear from Shayla, she made Katherine call me instead of herself and Katherine was again rude and offered me no assistance, so once again, I asked to speak with Shayla. Finally when Shayla felt she had the time to speak to me, she spoke two sentences to me and not one was offering to compromise with me. Shayla told me that I was welcome to find somewhere else to live. Now I see why the office managers are so absurd because their boss is as well. I highly recommend taking your hard earned money else where!

I decided to not go with these apartments and I am glad I did! I have friends who stay here and when I visit the apartments, they are extremely dirty on the outside. I don’t know why anyone continues to live here. Especially with the amount that they are asking for, the apartments should be kept up to standard. The outside should not look the way that it does. I seen previous reviews of this same issue about garbage and even months later still seeing the same thing. There is garbage sitting on the outside just piled up and it been like that for a week and it’s starting to smell when I visit. New Management should occur because based on my friends reviews the management are rude and not easy to work with just like the reviews are saying. They state management has gone downhill in the past two years. I am glad I did not consider these apartments looks like I dodged a bullet on this one. Positive thing the apartments do look good on the inside very spacious.
