**edit** I didn’t expect to have customer service reach out and try to help with my issues. We are still working on my connection issues but I’m very happy with the way they are trying to help. I added a couple stars just for the level of service I’m receiving and will soon add more for the actual internet service We pay a lot per month for this service but constantly lose connection or speed drops way below what we pay for. But sadly this is the best option for where we live

I haven’t had any major issues with the service. I live in the Weatherby complex in Barkley Village, and they provide a gigabit connection for $15/month, and can connect via Ethernet or wireless (they provide a wireless access point, but you don’t have to use it) One of the owners, JD, was dispatched to my residence to fix a problem with upgrading the connection and was prompt, professional and friendly. Decent internet when you have no other options, but service is poor. My company has been without service for 7 days now. Phone calls with custimer service are not followed up, and you have to keep hounding them. We are still awaiting their tech to come and repair their radio equipment. Promised to arrive this morning at 8:30 and now over two hours late with no communication, again. Will switch away as soon as we can.
