Genuine, cool, and kind people working at The Hub! Kyle asked great questions which helped me narrow in on what exactly I was hoping to get. One week later, and for a killer price, the team had my bike (WITH a very cool basket now attached, improved brakes, and a new seat) ready for me to pick up. She’s a beaut! Thank you!

I built this bike at the hub 7 years ago. I rode it all over Alaska, put it through hell. Last week I got off the ferry in bellingham with my destroyed bike. I brought it into the hub and asked Kyle if he could help me out. He made a smoosh face and asked how many days he had. I told him I only had one hour before I needed to be on the road. He shooed me out and said he would see if he could do anything...I came back in an hour and he had replaced my rear derailleur, all my cables and housing and had rebuilt the hub on my front wheel. I think he may be a wizard? At the very least, he saved my bike and my brain. I love the hub. Thankyou guys.

I needed a good rest rim for my mountain bike. After a few questions about what I needed I was told I would get a call back so it could be looked for... It took about 5 minutes. I took in my old one and opted to get new spokes and have it built. I figured 1-2 weeks, I was wrong lol. 4 days later it was all done and they didn't double dip me. I was charged for the labor of building and truing the wheel as one unit, not 2 separate jobs! The bill was worth every penny and the service, fast, friendly and just plain old awesome. What a great crew

This place is amazing! I took my bike in to get the chain replaced and Kyle did that super quickly. He also tuned up my bike and threw in a few other things. He was super friendly and helpful. I'll be back, hoping to get some lessons from these guys about how to fix up my bike on my own!

Unless they started recently, you'll have to rent elsewhere. But (depending on the kind of bike), you could buy a bike at the hub, for the price of a 5 day rental elsewhere. And then donate it back to the Hub when you're done...
A person can "rent" bike repair space, with tools included! Staff will assist u with problem solving.... great place, helpful staff, and all-around good vibes....🚲ride on
The Hub is an excellent place to start looking for older bike parts!
Hi KO -- yes we have used bikes for sale! We recommend trying out a few to see what fits you best.
We use Simple Green for cleaning, and Prolink chain lube for the drivetrain (transmission)
They have lots of frames...go talk to kyle or dennis
Yes, yes we can.
