These guys refused to sell me a helmet that didn’t fit me! I wanted a super light mtn bike helmet with a removable face guard (Bell Super Air) but was between sizes. I was going to buy the medium but they said “nope, you need to try somewhere else that stocks another option. This is not the right fit for for you.” That’s the kind of honesty and integrity you don’t see every day. And that’s why I’m a regular customer. Keep it real, guys.

Went to Bellingham for the May long weekend (Canadian holiday) with a bunch of friends. My girlfriend rented a bike at Fanatik. Great bike. The next day my drive chain broke and Colin the bike tech helped me out even though he was booked for the day. Russ and the Fanayik crew are great people and know their stuff. Will definitely go back next time I'm in the States.

Hard to give a fair review because my experiences here have ranged from great to terrible, depending on the sales associate. I had a good experience with purchasing helmets for myself and my kids, the guy helping was very friendly and put up with my kids requests for all the different colors, he even offered stickers for their helmets. Unfortunately, I have also had two negative experiences here where I was left feeling like I was just a 'dumb girl' that the sales guy had to deal with. This isn't an attitude limited to this shop, just where I have experienced it the most. Pretty sure if you're a man that you will have generally good experiences here. It would benefit this shop to hire some more women and diversify the staff to dilute the bro attitude.

Hi Andrew, That is something we can do, but our service schedule is currently very backed up. We're currently scheduling to the beginning of August. If that won't do, a few other great shops in town are the Kona Bike Shop, Earl's Bike Shop, and Alley Cat. Also, Trailside Bike (trailsidebike.com) might be able to help you out.
Our showroom is open with a limit of 4 customers at a time within the store. Face masks are required to be worn at all times by employees and customers. We do have custom high-end bike boxes available for purchase. We also occasionally have some basic bike boxes in our recycle bin which are free. Come on in and we can show you what we have.
