I have been bringing my pets here for the last 6 years and every time we visit the staff is extremely kind and helpful. Today my oldest cat needed to have a tooth removed, they kept me in the loop through the whole process, gave me an estimate sheet to look over beforehand and went above and beyond and brushed him while he was under because I asked if they could. While the cats don't ever WANT to go to the vet, they're always well cared for while they are there 😊

Our family has been going to Village Veterinary Hospital for 10+ years with our various guinea pigs and rescue dogs. The staff and especially Dr. Cindy Lucas has always welcomed us and our pets with smiles, understanding and compassion no matter what the situation was. Dr. Lucas always explained what the diagnosis was and what was needed to correct the situation in terms we could understand. When we had to accept it was time to have our loved pets put to sleep, Dr. Lucas and her staff were always so gentle and compassionate, it helped us to let go. Dr. Matt is a great individual. He has been my dogs primary doctor since he was 9 weeks old, he always goes the extra distance to get down on the floor and interact with him making him feel more comfortable. The staff at this vet was also present to work with, glad I took the chance to switch vets.
