I needed a warranty repair on my bike. Specialized was rather slow and in my opinion had difficulty analyzing the situation correctly. However, Matt at Fairhaven Bicycles was patient, persistent and bent over backwards to complete the process before I left on a trip. Thankfully, I got A+ service.

Fairhaven bikes is amazing. Every time I’ve had an issue with my bike Amy has been incredibly in tune with what the issue could be and explains it to make sure we are both on the same page. They’ve been able to squeeze in last minute appointments and have a very quick turn around time. Highly recommend!

I highly recommend this bike shop. The staff is very approachable and friendly! The owners commute to work via bike. How cool is that?! My bike has always been repaired in a reasonable amount of time and I have never once been disappointed with the service. What else does one need?
