fraud, got my money but never sent an item.

Once a great company, i've worked with them for almost 20 years... come a couple months ago the problems started, now i can't get them to quote a FDC three weeks later... we have called and spoken to a couple people, there have been email going back and forth and still nothing... I would not recommend this company.
