I recently moved into Avalon Green and it is such a beautiful community. I'm very excited to settle in with my family. Upon my initial visit, I met with David DeMeo, who is incredibly professional, welcoming and very-informed. He explained the application process, what to expect, the turnaround time and kept communication with me throughout the very quick process. Once I was accepted, he was efficient in breaking down what the cost of living at Avalon Green would be. He sent me a detailed email about the various things I needed to know before signing the lease and literally a day after I picked up my new house keys. Since that time and up until now, I have inundated David with questions as I orient myself to the community and he is very responsive and extremely attentive to all my inquires. David has made this process all the much better with his friendliness and ability to make you feel like family. If you're considering applying or touring, David is your man! Update: 2 months into this new management and the standards have gone very low. As other reviewers have said, tenants are getting away with breaking rules that were very much upheld by Avalon and now there is just no discipline. You call the management office and just deal with rudeness and lack of knowledge. My go to person was always David but in the 3 occasions I've asked to speak to him the person answering tells me he's not in or busy. It seems I won't be renewing my lease at the end of the term. My neighbors who have been here much longer feel the same way. It is disappointing and such a shame because not only was it a beautiful place but so safe and friendly to live in - just doesn't feel that way anymore. It's only a matter of time before you see the old tenants move out, and see newer reviews about the downhill changes. In fact, just Google the reviews for the new management group, telltale signs.

I moved in only a couple of days ago. I gave 5 stars because of the staff at the management office. They made us feel like home even before we move. So far, every thing is just great. Special thanks Dirce and David :) >>>>> Review Update: I loved them as Avalon, was happy until they became Vista . After 3 years living here ,they showed no respect to us , or any of our requests. Will keep this short but they became rude and disrespectful staff and management.

SKETCHY APARTMENT COMPLEX. We signed our lease on July 14th, paid all the fees and filled all the paperwork. Two weeks later and we can't get a hold of the leasing office or any response from Managment. Be aware of this complex/ business.

I signed my lease about a month ago when they were Avalon Green. I can not reach the new Vista Towne Green management staff to confirm my lease. I paid all the fees and completed all paperwork. I am moving from out of state and can not get in contact with someone for almost 2 weeks. Hope they see this review and respond, it seems really sketchy, be cautious to anyone looking to live here.

No train close by but it would have to be Tarrytown or White Plains on the Metro North.
Call the leasing office and I'm sure they can answer that officially.
