Very unprofessional and have attitudes if you come at 4:30pm or later. I guess the 2 women working didn’t realize I was already in the building and were talking about how late I came (4:35pm) when they close at 5 and that they’re locking the door. While drawing my blood, the woman (short brown hair) was resting on the chair I was sitting in, looked annoyed and impatient. Slinging things, being careless. The other employee began taking to another patient & my tech was rolling her eyes, shaking her head. If you don’t like what you do, find another job. The job market is plentiful right now. Or at least make sure the room is empty before talking about patients.

Quick, I've been twice in the past few months and never much of a wait or many people waiting. I did have appointments but would have probably been fine without. Receptionists and nurses were decently courteous, as with most places some are nicer than others. First nurse was great I have hard veins to find and bruise easily but she was able to find and I had only a tiny bruise. Next time a different nurse didn't put pressure after and I had a bruise for an entire month. However based on reviews it seems other locations are worse and there will always be good and bad at every location. Only issue was not being aware that there was a cutoff time for certain fasted labwork. There should be a pop-up on the website letting you know which tests have an appointment cutoff so you don't waste a trip like I did. I selected I was fasting but it didn't give any error message or pop-up when I selected a mid morning time.

Went again for the 3rd time to try and get my lab work done first 2 times they said never got fax so had provider mail them to me. There was 3 people waiting one lady said she been there for an hour and 30 min and she had an appointment. Only 1 person working in that office. No one to help you at front desk no one EVER picks up a phone and when your fasting for 12 hours you don’t want to have to sit in a hot room with a mask for 2 hours to have blood drawn. Went to Midlothian office near St. Francis hospital I’ll NEVER go back to this location.

I typically have blood work done at the office of my primary care physician, but had some testing that needed to be done at LabCorp. I was beyond impressed with Matthew. He is so personable and calm under pressure. While I was there he checked in several patients, answered the phone, and did the blood work with a pleasant and focused attitude. A two year old was in the waiting area for a blood draw and he was AMAZING with that child. I have a young son and waited for a cry to be heard from the waiting room, but nothing!! The child left smiling and with no tears. Really, really impressed with the Matthew.
