We stayed at Sleep Inn & Suites over the weekend. First off, the service was wonderful. I'm not sure of his name, but the gentleman that works the front desk is super nice. He went out of his way to make us feel welcome, that meant a lot. The rooms were clean and spacious, thr beds were super comfortable. The only small complaint I have is that they are supposedly in the middle of renovating. The bathroom in our room had plaster over some of the paint, the towel rack was taken off the wall, kind of felt unmade a bit, but its understandable during renovations. Otherwise, we enjoyed our visit!

this hotel is absolutely awful. My initial room smelled like sewage. I was switched to a different room which also had a bad odor to it, but it wasn’t as bad as the first room. The second room literally had a wall that was falling apart in the bathroom. The room was not very clean. The beds were extremely uncomfortable. The only thing redeeming about this hotel was the front desk staff who apologized and tried to be helpful.

For the price is excellent. Clean room, family friendly, offers hot breakfast (eggs, sausage, waffles) a lot of drinks (juices, coffee and hot chocolate), the pool is great kept very warm in spring and winter). Comfortable bed, excellent water pressure in the shower, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, Wi-Fi is also great. I booked 2 nights and the kids loved the pool so much that ended up booking an extra night. Close to everything, Amish restaurants, steak house, Amish farm, Museums and rides. Definitely coming back !!!

Positive: Convenient location. Friendly staff. The beds were comfortable. Negative: Coffee pot in the room was dirty and not usable. The continental breakfast was "ok" but not thrilled with paper plates and cheap plasticware. It was a fight trying to cut our waffles. Not up for a fight first thing in the morning. Bring your own fork!
