Rude!! Dirty, and rude! The customer service is horrible and rude. The phone call I made to confirm the reservation was met with rudeness, she hung up on me to help someone in front of her and then when I called back she didn't apologize, instead argued with me that she was helping a customer and told me to wait! I explained that I am a customer too trying to confirm my reservation and she again responded rudely and sarcastically. There's no breakfast offered or housekeeping supposedly due to Covid but the sign that says that looks like it's been there since 2020 and is just an excuse not to provide customers with complimentary items. This was not worth the cost at all. The only good thing was that Waffle House was located a few feet away. Great location but that's the only good thing. Oh, and there was a bug in my bed.

Positive: It was closed to the Sight and Sound Event and affordable. I would recommend this hotel if you do not wish to spend so much money and to minimize driving. It was okay for one night stay. This is what to expect for 2-3 star hotels. Negative: The sink had cracks. The toilet had accumulation of urine and the floor. It seems like the bathroom was not cleaned up prior rental. We cleaned up the bathroom to prevent any STD. The window pane was broken and functioning only one pane.

We stayed for three nights as we were in the area for a basketball tournament. This is a run down motel to say the least that should not be up-charging $134/night. The hallways, stairwells, doors, lobby are falling apart! The plumbing is horrendous as there are signs in the bathrooms asking for help in the event of a clogged toilet. No one works throughout the night. However, should you need assistance, “please knock on room 205.” What?! The front lobby doors are locked and caution tape is put up until 8 am. There is no breakfast included, as it states on website or access to the workout room. This is supposedly due to COVID safety protocols. I have been in many hotels since the beginning of the pandemic and haven’t come in contact with any of these issues. We went and bought our own blankets, sheets, bath mat and towels due to the lack of cleanliness. I never write negative reviews, but this was an absolute dump. I will be contacting the tournament coordinator and advising them to take this location off the list of stay for plays, as this SHOULD NOT even be considered an option for families.

Rooms needed repaired. Rates were to high. They charge you and extra fee for checking in. Which was $193 after we were already paid in full. Rooms could have been cleaner. I ended up having to go buy cleaner for the jacuzzi and bathroom. Great location though as far as finding a meal and going to sight and sound. Please get a better cleaning person. We had to clean the toilet Saturday April 9 2022 because the maid used our bathroom and got blood on the seat of the toilet. Not happy and would like a refund. Wyndham is really going down hill. 🤨🤨🤨😠😠😠😤😤
