This was our first stay at Dutch Treat. Great location, great price. Definitely a Mom and Pop old style motel that could use some sprucing. This motel is not for you if you’re looking a top notch full service place to stay. This place is for you if you’re looking for an inexpensive, friendly, family oriented, no frills place to stay. AJ and his family were so awesome and accommodating it was refreshing.

I would like to give 0 stars, but that isn't an option. The room was unsanitary. Their was garbage under the bed; including a used flosser and a used baby bottle nipple. Stains on the bedding. We left after one night, scheduled for a 3 night stay. It was absolutely disgusting-i don't think they cleaned the rooms at all. The garbage in the ice room wasn't taken out from our arrival to our departure.

This place is honestly gross. Rooms smell super musty. I should of read the reviews on this place first. Honestly I'm so shocked this owner is keeping this place running with the way he's arguing with people on their reviews. Accept some responsibility. Something tells me the customer can't always be the one in the wrong.

I've stayed here over the years and it has never been a fancy place to stay but, this trip it has no redeeming qualities at all. If you just want a bed that's lumpy and old and a shower that does have hot water you're good to go. Other than that don't expect anything else with chipping paint no ice no coffee it's old and very run down. We will not stay there again.
