OMG ! The slowest tax office I have been in in my 66 years. One window open and a lobby full of people. Understaffed and not a good experience. A necessary inconvenience we have to endure. Almost an hour now and no numbers have been called for 25 minutes.

Yes you do. You have to apply for it at the appraisal district
It all depends on the taxes of that car. They going make u pay a tax of what u got the car for. Also if u need new plates u pay for that also u will pay for a registration sticker
