The sales experience was great. The team was knowledgeable and helpful. The service experience, on the other hand, was dismal. The team has consistently failed to resolve warranty issues, does not return calls or emails and is now 2 years waiting for a part? No support after the sale.

Absolutely will not go back or recommend to anyone seems if your not spending money with them they don't care about you highly upset after spending 40k+ Bought a brand new coach from them came out before pick up and notated all issues on time of delivery issues still not fixed had to wait for them to be fixed had different locks installed because they did not have mine in stock(along with anything else) and were damaged, multiple areas resealed, complete curtain assembly was off and on the ground,TV was damaged and was told it was noted and being taken care of called back after leaving with the coach and was told by service they had no record of issues with tv and would have to check with sales (never get called back) moved in full time a week of living in it found major water leaks that they refused to fix unless coach was dropped off at their location 2hrs away after I already explained to them weeks in advance to purchase that once I'm in it I have no other option for housing so I needed it tested and quality checked before pick up mind you that's why I paid in full in advance and gave plenty of time for testing and checks to be done Wich were not done very poor communication and customer service BUYER BEWARE

From what I have seen over the years with looking at purchases, they have a set amount, regardless of where they are brought in from, based on the type of unit. With many RV's and campers made in Indiana, dealers will have the same cost no matter if they are in the next county from the MFR or on the far side if the country. The main distinction is the type of unit; motor coaches are driven and other are towed or carried, which is how the delivery cost is determined. This keeps dealers from under cutting to bring sales in and keeps the sales fair for everyone.
They are a great RV dealer with full services and super staff.

It depends on the price you agreed with the sales rep. The sales tax will be calculated where you reside and not at the location where you bought the RV. Hope that helps
Most states do not require a special drivers license to drive an RV of any weight. Class A and B CDL ('C'ommercial 'D'rivers 'L'icence) are required for driving Commercial vehicles only. A few states require you to take an RV driving class and carry an ID Card. If your state doesn't require anything special, it us reciprocal in all stated.
Weigh truck unhooked, mobile home unkooked. Hook up get steers, rear axil,mobile home weight. Calculate the weight shift. Should be tonge weight.
