Positive: I was travelling alone and was put on 1st floor which I felt a little uncomfortable with. And it was very noisy being by out going side door. Otherwise great stay.

A little tough getting into from the north. Staff is polite and helpful. Rooms and services are typical for this type of hotel.

A bit disappointing. Upon checking in I was not offered the complimentary water for being a member....had to ask for it. When we arrived at our room I had to ask the cleaning staff for towels...there was only one bath towel. The shower is horrible: only one very small shelf to accommodate all shower essentials...no shelves to put shampoo, conditioner, etc...; water pressure is horrible; no ventilation in the bathroom. Room is just "ok." A bit outdated. Breakfast was standard eggs, sausage and waffles. Fresh fruit, oatmeal and cereal. Staff was efficient and friendly. However, the hotel is in need of renovations. For a Hilton chain I would expect better. Probably will not return.

We are always pleased with our stay at Gloucester's Hampton Inn. Clean, comfortable, quality accommodations in our room, very good breakfast offerings, well-kept property, pool, lobby coffee, and evening cookie!
