It's a sin that in order to get to the decent people inside the building, you have to go thru the rudeness of the uniformed guard person at the door. She needs to learn how to talk to customers.

They were nice. They answered all my questions. Went over and beyond the call of duty on explaining how to fill out the paperwork properly. I just moved here from Missouri and I can't believe I can call and talk to a person. Thank you.

Would be nice to have a person to talk to when you enter the building not a #@$%^$ touch screen computer. Feel like I was at the DMV but worse. I only gave 2 stars because once I got to see a live real person she was great. I would give her 10 stars but as a whole it would of been zero stars. Also stop playing that elevator music in the waiting room. I feel bad for the guard that has to hear that for 8 hours a day.

Called to ask a question and the man who answered scolded me for everything I said and made me feel like a second-class citizen. So upsetting. Most people are generally nice and I find that SSA seems to care about how they interface with the public. I am hoping the conversation was recorded so that SSA will review and reprimand.
