The workers here are so rude, they should be fired immediately if they dont want to help people. People are calling from situations of extreme stress only to get rude workers who hang up and refuse to do their job. THEY SHOULD BE FIRED IMMEDIATELY AS THEY ARE EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL AND NOT DOING THEIR JOBS

I came in with my father today over a letter he received in the mail. We were waiting and when we got called to Window 1 they dark skin lady was extremely rude . She did not let me ask a question so i would understand if we should be there or not . she kepts asking me her question and saying i must answer yes or no . I was asking her if i could ask her my question so i Know if we were there for the correct reason and she refused to let me speak . She has not customer service at all .

People are mostly not nice nor cooperative follow instuctions accordingly. If you go there without an appointment be ready to be rejected

I am sorry to report that my first call to the Social Security office to try to get my medicare part b benefits was the start of a nightmare. The lady I spoke to never mailed me the forms; would not give me her name and hung up on me. That was March 2021. My age 79 years at that time. Now in March 2022 I received a notice stating I will not get coverage untll July 1, 2022 at a cost of $255.10 a month. Disappointed. - 😞Flo K.
