This is the most unprofessional location I went in for a award letter and to get a social security card replacement and the woman never even send. My file to the card office to be processed I not only lost out on getting my section 8 I couldn't get COVID-19 rent assistance because I didn't have my social security card now I have to go to a. Shelter all because of this gossip busy body for a federal agency this is the worst service ever the need new management !! Who ever runs this office is not a hand on leader ver poor management!! And the sad think about it is that management doesn't care at all!! Because when I have a all black staff they tend to get comfortable and. Drop the standard I bet it I had a white person helping me she would have been professional and processed my information to the card center too many blacks working no checks and balances everybody is all buddy buddy like they are and. A social event and not working the white staff would help to keep that comfort zone at a minimum!! What's disgrace to our community!! Laconia location is very very poorly managed!!

No is a long wait
No. You must go to the office near the courts at 161st street
Really? Government agencies are usually closed on public holidays and weekends.
You should reach out to social security and make an appointment to get it done
No
That I don't know
Go to the office and they will give you one on Laconia ave
No
Yes.
Need to go online and hopefully you opened an account with SSA GOV, TO CONFIRM WITH YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS!!!?
They opened at 8 AM, however, visits are only by appointment. You have to call S.S.A. to schedule an apointment. The best about the apointment is: they give you a time and you will be seen at that time.
not sure if they reopen as yet.
No only by appointments
No
It's not open for walk in
At 8:30... there's always a big crowd so you need to be there earlier than that!!
You only apply for benefits at this location. For Social Security Cards its another location, they DO NOT issue or replace cards here.
Yes
Yes you can go and ask for one
If it's a Social Security card, you can do it online if you already had one. EDIT. www.ssa.gov. You will need to prove who you are on the site. You can do a lot of stuff. You will need a cellphone for the two step verification process. Probably best to go in. Don't go on Mondays. I don't remember the exact procedure. I signed up years ago. You need to be able to receive text messages because they demand two step verification. The site is pretty straight forward.
91 e 208th street
train 2
You should visit this office to verify that. Calling will take too long.
30, 28 or 38
Change it first with the U.S. Postal Office online π» and then visit the office.
π€ That's a difficult one! You should definitely visit the SSA with your personal photo ID documents to apply for or retrieve it.
