I hope he gets to see this, but I want to shout out John Corak. I had a phone appointment with him yesterday about a very emotional situation. He was so informative, patient, kind, just an absolute joy to talk to. So thankful he helped me.

All Day

I Went there for a name change (got married) guess i got there during the down time. There were 5 people waiting and it took me all of 15 mins. Everyone was polite and pleasant. FYI it was a Friday around 1pm

After being bounced around on the automated answering system for about 7 minutes I was finally connected to a very charming and helpful Ms. Smith. She was able to sort out two contradictory letters I received from SSA (different offices) to come up with, what we believe, was the correct answer on my IRMAA payment that also agreed with the Medicare website. Everyone I've talked with at the Murfreesboro office has been extremely helpful and friendly.

I have been trying since November to get my son's case worked out. He received ssi and this department has been unbelievably frustrating 😫 I have called over a Dozen times and everytime I think it's going to be right, tsomething else goes wrong! Because of covid you can only schedule phone interviews which is fine but imagine waiting over 2 hours on the phone each and every time only to find out something else needs to be taken care of!!!🤨 I'm not saying that the representatives are rude because they are friendly and trying but it seems like they could use more training 🤔 or more in depth information so that people ESPECIALLY the senior community wouldn't have to go through such issues!!! Please all I want them to do is fix the issue as thoroughly and as soon as they can without having to call over a dozen times waiting for 2 hours or better!!!! Geesh!!😬🤯🧐😟🙁😕
