Terrible customer service. Actually blatantly rude. I ordered pizza (from my same address and account I always use) and I even had a tracker saying “Alejandra” was on her way. Then it said it was delivered and then nothing. I didn’t get my 3 pizzas I had already paid for and have still not gotten a refund for. When I called the store, they acted like my order didn’t exist even though I had an order number and an email stating their store was where I ordered from. I asked to speak to a manager, and the guy on the phone started saying “hello….hello….hello” like he couldn’t hear me. I have reported to corporate and waiting to see what they will do. AND ….IT WAS MY BIRTHDAY! Oh…and they also acted like they had no one there by the name of Alejandra. Unbelievable and just straight up lying.

They gave us a cheese pizza with no toppings, even though we ordered a 2-topping pizza. It's a bit frustrating since we chose carryout and did not realize their mistake until we had returned home with the pizza. We will not be going back in the future to Domino's and will stick with Marco's instead.

Served me raw dough.... pizza couldn't have been cooked long enough... bit straight into raw dough
