Best DMV by far. Renewed my license and was out in less than 30 minutes. The front desk guy was so nice and professional despite people coming unprepared and then acting like it was somehow his fault!? If you bring everything you need, it will be a breeze

This place is clean, very prompt and friendly staff.... Since coming here, I have never had a wait.. This I my go to place. ..

Went in to renew my license and add the Real ID. I had all the required paperwork, so everything went smoothly. It was very organized. The staff were nice, courteous and knowledgeable from the reception desk to the Real ID processor to the camera person. The camera person was willing to retake my photo, which was nice, but I settled for the 1st "mug shot". All the interactions that I witnessed seemed equally the same. They explained things clearly and did not talk down to people. I was in and out in less than an hour. That was quicker than expected. With the exception of my photo not turning out as nearly as good as I thought I looked 🤪, it was a good experience.

$30.50 for Identification Card
You’ll need a recent physical and a method of payment ( they do NOT accept cash)
You should be able to do that online at the PennDOT site. Otherwise, just stop by on a Saturday or whenever you have a day off.
As far as I know it's by appt only at least when I made my appt
Yes it does
I'm pretty sure you are required to supply/use your own vehicle for the driver's test. Good Luck!
I think you need to go online and fill out renewal form. Next, you get a camera card to take to any PA DMV. DMV takes pic and makes ID. If you just need an ID with your new address on it, go online and request free address update card.
Money orders only
Any day they are open
I turned in my NJ license, played the fee and that was it. It was years ago but I did NOT need an exam. Just turn in the Jersey license.
You take the exam there but the test has to be at a school
It's NOT a closed course test. Test takes place on the public roads.
I believe you can just do that online for free. If it's not time to renew your ID card, they'll just send you (or you can print out) a paper card with the change of address. You would carry that with you along with your ID card until it's time to renew with a new photo. I've done that with my driver's license a few times.
You can go in for your permit I don't believe that you need a parent
No. Bring all required documents and go right in. They're super friendly and fast here
id say yes
I do not believe so...
All the information you need is on the website. You can Google it.
About $25 might have to bring utility bills of some sort
Can you
Yes
I have not done it but as I investigated they only change it, you do not have to do the whole process again.
No. You need to get a money order. You can get one from the place right next to penndot.
They do, I went to get a new photo a few weeks ago. It was pretty quick.
Walk in. Well, wait in a long line outside, but walk in. If you already have your photocard for your liscence you can go right in. Otherwise grab a bottle of water and prepare to wait outside in line.
From what I understand, they have been open for CDL licensing only....by appointment only. But that may be changing now that restrictions are being eased. Google location and call their number to get definitive answer.
36 per year
No just go to penndot with ur social security card birth certificate and a utility bill and/or a piece of mail with the check or money order to cover the cost.
Do not
I think its still $35
You can take the learner's permit test in a variety of languages, including Spanish.
No :( Everything has to be up to date
Does not speak spanish
I think so but I'm not sure
Truck parking in front of the BJ's gas station. Some just do it right on Hoover Ave.
Money order or check
PennDot website says initial license is $35.50, renewal is $30.50.
Thats not a question for the DMV. You prob need to contact a title transfer company or notary.
No
Start from scratch
I would imagine so but it doesnt hurt to call and make sure
I believe they take them every day they are open. I went on a Saturday and got mine
I doubt it but I'm not positive since I dont have any family members that are close to driving age of have had to go recently. If you're looking for an earlier appointment date you may want to try a different location
About 30$ I found it yesterday
Bring a $5 check or money order to obtain a new one
