Positive: Free breakfast Free internet Free parking Negative: I recommended Microtel to my sister who reserved 2 rooms. Supposedly there was a problem with their credit card and the reservation was cancelled and the room given to others she said 8 reservations were cancelled. Notified at 345. Really? 9 cards werebad

Staff didn't know how to apply a Senior Discount or a AAA discount. Rooms were not clean, and many things were damaged within our room.

Positive: The room was clean and the staff was friendly. Overall a hotel is one I'd recommend for someone to stay stay in a great location at a decent price. Negative: Good experience

Do not stay here if you want to get any sleep. I had a terrible experience. I slept only a few hours due to loud guests and very thin soundproofing between floors. I could hear people walking upstairs. Next door I could hear people talking. The hallway was also loud. Room itself had many issues including a broken TV remote and defective/flickering lights. I complained about the noise and was told that a manager would give me a partial refund. That did not happen and I never heard back.
