No. Infact you used to half to have appointments, but even then, it wasn't necessary. Because you could get in, anyway. I should know, I had to go there, myself. Because of the one, in Gainesville, I always had trouble with..all you half to do, is walk in.

NO! Sign on door temporarily closed. Apparently all offices are closed except for "emergency" situations with an appointment only. On line, via mail or over phone service is the new norm

No, but they will print you a paper showing that you have filled for a replacement card. The card will be mailed to you in 5 to 10 business days
