The customer service team here are very rude, racist, unaccommodating, and uneducated. There needs to be a serious review of the staff as well as training on how to appropriately treat their customers.

Great service every time we come here (we were checked out by James today, and he is especially fast and efficient and friendly at his job), but limited options on some items (such as Mexican/latin food items) and sometimes when they're trying to clear stock of a large amount of an item that is all about to reach expiration date (in my most memorable experience it was with eggs) they will at least discount the items, but they make it a "special" and push all the close-to-expiration items to the front so you really have to dig to get anything that you can actually hold onto for a bit at home instead of having to use it or lose it right after buying it. Other than that, there are some decent sales sometimes in general, and the fresh herbs area is a nice touch.
