I had an outstanding experience purchasing two rugs in 2019 from Eric at Andonian Rugs' Seattle Design Center location. They were just installed in my condo this month, January 2020, personally delivered by Eric. Selecting rugs was an absolutely delightful time as there are so many beautiful choices at Andonian and I was able to take samples home. One rug is a gorgeous runner for my entry hallway and the other is a fabulous rug for my kitchen - both of a modern design. The craftsmanship is superb and I couldn't be happier. As I have hardwood floors in my hallway and kitchen, Andonian has the perfect rug pads that prevent rugs from moving. Eric cut the pads to exactly fit my rugs and if I ever need them cleaned, Andonian handles that too. I also have several other handmade rugs on carpeted areas in my home that desperately need new rug pads as the rugs were shifting all the time when walked on. Eric immediately came to the rescue as Andonian also has the right pads for rugs sitting on carpets. He also explained how best to care for the rugs. Making this purchase in person from Andonian is the ultimate experience rather than online. I happily give Andonian Rugs 10 stars!!!! Donald Kunz
