Staff went way above and beyond. It's my first year head coaching a sport and our last game of the season is tomorrow. Last Saturday I called the store at 4:30 PM not really expecting to get ahold of anyone. Someone from the store returned my call quickly about 10 min later. I'm assuming it was one of the owners because he was walking on his way to the Kraken game. Which impressed me because it was after hours so he didn't have to. He was nice, polite and patient enough to answer all my questions despite it being his personal time being among friends/family. I wanted to ensure that if I went through to purchase a order that I would receive it in time for our last game that was 6 days away at that point. He guaranteed me it would. With Covid happening A LOT of businesses have long processing times that can take weeks and in my opinion a lot of businesses are using Covid as an excuse for poor customer service and processing times. I went ahead and purchased 8 trophies and it came with 3 lines of free engraving. Each trophy has my player's name, team name and year. They were done and ready by Monday. LESS THAN 2 DAYS LATER!! Ordered them Saturday evening and I recieved a call Monday morning telling me the trophies were done and ready for pick up. Trophies look amazing. They have some weight to them and are heavy duty. I can tell these will last a lifetime and are of good quality. All in all I bought 8 customized trophies for around $45 and were ready less than 2 days later. They offer to ship but I opted to come pick them up. They offer curbside pickup as well. They also have their own store parking lot in downtown Seattle so you don't have to deal with the hassle of finding/paying for parking which in itself can be maddening. They make it as easy as possible. I will def return to be a repeat customer. Most importantly I'm super stoked and excited to give these to all of my players tomorrow to end a fun season.

Masks are now required in Washington state and we make custom face masks and face coverings with your logo or custom artwork! Our masks can also be personalized with names for you and your staff. We ship direct all over the world!
We provide an estimated delivery date on your shopping cart page. Your delivery time frame depends on your location in the United States, and how you choose to have it shipped.
We ship via UPS, the USPS (U.S. Postal Service) and offer will-call service for local Seattle-area customers to pick-up at our store. UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes, so please make sure you provide a street address.
All permanently decorated items sales are final. If the decoration can be removed, we will redecorate the item at 50% cost. Non-decorated stock items can be returned with a 20% restocking fee. Both situations require customer to pay for return shipping costs.
Bank card purchases if refunded on same day as purchase will be credited to your bank card. Bank card purchases, if refunded after 24 hours of purchase, will be issued a company check to card holder within 3 business days.
The option for cancellation depends on where the order is in the manufacturing process.
