Closet Factory and Carly, our sales person, were absolutely the worst vendor we have ever worked with on any of our multiple home remodels. Carly not only measured incorrectly every cabinet, she did not properly document the design and finishes, like the color choice and completely "spaced out" adding a shoe closet we had spent time laboriously designing! The pre-installation team came out to re-measure before installation, and they also did not measure correctly, apparently, due to Carly's "incoherent order notes". Ultimately, a home we were putting on the market, we had to list with no master closet installed and this was not just because the cabinets that arrived were GREY, not the WHITE color we had chosen but because the install team simply did not show up the first day for work, showed up the second day to reveal the mess of cabinetry we had to deal with then when they said they would be back first thing the next morning, they simply did not show up for work again. The manager said "We will make this right" and how did that end up? 10% off. Big mistake for us was not getting his "make it right" number in writing and in person since he intimated the discount would be towards 30%-40% off. SO AWFUL!!!!!

I’m typically a very accomodating person however with closet factory I had the most disastrous experience. To start with, they kept pushing out the installation stating manpower shortage. Sometimes these were pushed out at the very last minute and I already took a day off from work to ensure I’m able to attend them. I got a mirror installed as well which literally fell off like 2-3 days after it was put up. The material used to glue it was of extremely poor quality that it could not withstand the weight of the mirror. This was the most disappointing and dangerous experience as I was literally standing next to the mirror when it fell off and had to quickly move aside- thankfully I was not hurt. Lastly there was a major design flaw in the shoe rack which took a few times for them to come again and fix it. I raised all these concerns to closet factory and they acknowledged these misses and agreed to issue me a 20% refund of the total cost, however the nuance is this 20% refund comes only when I sign a contract with them that I will give up my rights and will not disparage closet factory on any platform. Well! What can I say here! I expressed my discomfort on this language but no action was taken by them. This seems more like take this money and keep your mouth shut versus closet factory taking the ownership of these gaps and keeping customers first.

We choose Closet Factory over other closet systems for several reasons. Their pricing was competitive, high quality, but the design was truly custom. We wanted a custom design; as opposed something that looked like it basic. We used Closet Factory for 2 projects for our new home and we are so happy we did. Master walk-in closet and our fireplace.

The did an amazing job with my closet. Nan was friendly and very helpful with the design. The guys who came to install it were very friendly and respectful. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone.
