Great experience, from start to finish. We had an excellent team from Mauricio and Danny who were here the first day to get us started. To Eric and Brennan who are our project consultants, to Israel, Diego and Rogelio who were our awesome roofing guys. They also installed three new solatube skylights and replaced two current skylights one of them and operational so We can open and close it. Best thing ever. The guys that did the gutters, never even got their names, they were here and gone and did a great job so quickly it was amazing. Then we had Jason As our inspector, and Cody as our project manager. We also spoke to Christina in the office a few times, she was a great help/resource/go to person. We know there are other people that we d we remember talking to, thank you very much to you as well, for all of your help. We love the roof we love the gutters we love the skylights and solatubes.

Polar Bear replaced the aluminum frame windows in my house with newer plastic ones. The work crew arrived and left on time, and finished the install in less time that was estimated. They were friendly and were very careful when working inside the house, cleaning up after themselves each day. It is difficult to remove and install windows without making a mess, but they did a good job on cleanup. Our house was damaged by a large tree that fell across the roof several years ago, causing several doors to not close properly. They shimmed the windows as needed to make them look good and be square with the trim. The new windows look good from inside and outside the house, and actually look better than the original windows from when the house was built. I already notice a difference from the windows eliminating outside noise and stopping drafts. We live in the flight path for Paine Field, and I was amazed in how much the jetliner noise was decreased. I anticipate a decrease in electricity cost from the efficiency of the windows.

When you invest in Colorplus you get a beautiful factory baked on finish that lasts longer than traditional painting. Between coats the finish is cured in the factory for an even stronger bond that resists peeling, chipping and cracking. Pre-painted Colorplus Hardie siding retains the look of wood and its all one uniform color for a much more attractive finish.
The number of days that any given roof replacement project will take will obviously vary depending on the size and complexity of the roof job itself. Factors like site access, the need for plywood, and any rot issues can impact the projected timeline. Ask your project manager to get a close estimate...but know that many roofs are completed in a day or two while more complex projects tend to be 3 days to one week.

We will schedule a time for a full roof evaluation. The evaluator will get on top of the roof and check the condition, looking for any signs of leaks, poor flashing or missing shingles. We will take pictures of any areas we find. If possible, we will get in the attic and look for any signs of moisture, sheeting damage or rot. We will sit down and show you copies of our license, bonding and insurance and walk through any recommendations we have for your home. If replacement work is necessary, we will provide a down to the penny estimate during the evaluation.
