Added extra, unjustified charges after the fact for gas. I returned the van at the exact same level of gas and took photos of it just in case. Now I am having trouble getting a hold of anyone to have the charge removed (15+ minutes on hold now). Dishonest and trying to rip you off. "It will be a few days while we review the case". Maybe don't add unjustified charges in the first place!

This location is terrible. The storage access hours are absolutely horrible you can only get into your storage when the horrible, unprofessional , poor customer/management is there. Which absolutely sucks. Not to mention the poor elevator service whenever you can catch both elevators working you have to wait for someone to close the gates or you will wait and wait like I did today. People also leave their unwanted items in the elevators as well, so that you can’t access them. Edit: that mattress was pulled off of the elevator by a customer who said that he didn’t have time to wait on the office to come remove it. Well he was right because that mattress stayed on the 5th floor for 2 hole weeks before it was removed.
