Terrible customer service. The manager is rude and condescending. I agree with the other reviewers, if you want to actually find something that you're looking for and not deal with rude people, then it's best to shop at the big stores like Lowes and Home Depot.

Pros: Plenty of able and helpful people. Cons: The plumbing and electric departments are a mess and consistently out of merchandise.

This is my go to place when I need a few simple things. So much better than wandering around a big box store when you know what you need. The people there are really helpful and seem to know the store better than other places know their stores.
