Bradley Tate was the worse mortgage lender. If anyone comes in contact with him run! He was very unprofessional, really bad at communicating all he did was text and use his assistant Kimberly to contact me. I will never recommend NEXA mortgage to anyone after what I went through with him. Bradley Tate should be fired immediately!

They take 4 - 5 days for a clear to close. They're ok with delaying closing for a month, and not needing to give a reason or return a call.

This company was suggested to a family member to help with income verification and after they submitted everything, they declined them for the same reason they went to them for help.

Dat is patient and listened to all our issues and did everything he could to help the process go smoothly. He understood our frustration and still continue to help us. He gave us advice of what to do and not to do. I highly recommend him to all applicants searching for an excellent broker.

In mortgages, reserves are considered the number of house payments remaining after closing and include the principal and interest payment and monthly payments for taxes and insurance. On a balance sheet, reserves or retained earnings are net profits that have not been distributed to shareholders as dividends.
