I’ve had better experiences before but due to the nature of the worst experience I had a couple days ago I am giving one star. My husband and I went to pump gas he prepaid $30 inside, we also had gotten a sprite and water to drink, and later the car only required $25 to fill. He went inside to ask if the remainder would be returned to his card or in cash with his soda that he PAID for in his hand. Upon coming back out to the car a large white woman followed him out of the store accusing him of not paying for his drink. When he told her he had paid for it previously when he went inside the first time, she kept insisting that he did not pay for the drink and that he needed to come back and pay for it. My husband paid her no mind and she went back inside. I’m very frustrated that she was 1. Rude about it and 2. Did not even bother to ask the previous clerk about his purchase or even bother to look at previous transactions. This place needs better clerks before they wind up getting into an argument over something so little as I see their clerks clearly have customer service issues. I hope she checked the cameras or transactions and felt stupid. And hopefully she won’t accuse someone of stealing a measly drink again after they’ve REPEATEDLY stated that they’ve already paid for it. I hope this doesn’t occur again to us or anyone else.
