When I was in this treatment center for my drug rehab, I never felt bored and out of place. The people here were so accommodating, and their activities were so practical and fun. When I got out, I was clean of drugs.

A typical day depends entirely on the rehab center. Usually, detox will be the first step in your recovery procedure. This could last anywhere from one day to two weeks. After you have completed detox, you will be able to relax and recover by entertaining activities provided by the recovery center. Some have regular routines, such as breakfast first, contemplation, group therapy, and outdoor exercise. Others set aside free time for what the guest would like to do. There will be some therapy every day and always set times for nutritional meals. The rest depends on the specific amenities the center provides.
