FedEx is the worst service in America, you shop online and they never deliver on time, the courier doesn't deliver by your store, don't know why? This is the worst courier company I have ever encountered.

This location is rancid. The people that work here obviously dont like their jobs. If you're that unhappy go work somewhere else. I asked for a receipt on an outgoing package and the shrew attending the front counter told me I should use the scanner behind me. I told her the scanner usually doesnt work. She shot me a nasty look and tossed the receipt at me. Amazing.

I came in to get a bunch of copies for work and Jordan was very helpful. She showed me how to use the copier and was very friendly and helpful

Imagine the frustration of an employee that laughs at you for following the instructions of the person you are returning a package to. Long story short the box came completely destroyed and I figured I would return it In the same box as they were the ones (FedEx) who wrecked it in the first place. Terrible service will not return..
