If I could give zero stars to this company, I would. We ordered 2 x 6 for our DIY deck construction. Boards arrived bundled, so few good board on top covered what was absolute garbage product. Majority of the boards were missing half of the side (see pictures) and even though you cannot clearly see it on the pictures, all were twisted and warped to the point that it was impossible to square and level the deck joists. After fighting with it for several days trying to make it work, we just disassembled the whole deck frame, bought new boards from HD and re-built the whole frame. I would expect couple of bad boards in every order, but not every single one (we managed to use 4 boards out of 17 and even at that, I do not know how long they will last as all were missing half of the side). It is a complete disrespect for a customer. We were completely taken advantage of by this company with $600 worth of lumber that can only be used as firewood...

Chandler location - In 2020 I ordered a lumber package for the house I was building, it was great. Every time I’ve been there since, it’s been uncomfortable. I’ve been treated like an annoyance and made to feel like an unworthy customer. I’ve sent three other projects over for lumber bids and never received responses. When I called and inquired about the projects which I sent over, they would make me a promise for a date and time and would never deliver on that promise or call again. I went in person (can’t get service remotely) and tried to purchase a small lumber order, maybe 10k, they told me at least an hour before they could give me a price - I came to purchase, not to shop. Anyway get a pro rep at big blue or big orange - they do a much better job and are welcoming.

WONDERFUL experience from start to finish. Luis and the staff were very helpful, super friendly and a resource of knowledge. The delivery was as scheduled. They were flexible with me on the time to drop it off (allowed it to stay with them for 3 weeks before delivering). Noel, the driver who brought it our compound, was very cool, we had a nice conversation before and after he placed the lumber exactly where I had requested. 5/5 Stars- two THUMBS Up!
