I’ve never personally been too keen on this brand…until recently?! In my humble opinion, they’ve always been viewed as “older persons“ footwear. These NB kicks are solid! Picked up a pair about a month ago and absolutely love them! Super comfy and stylish. Try ‘em out for yourself and take in the compliments!

An older man working yesterday, Saturday 10/1 around 5pm made it seem unimportant that I use the machine that examines your feet. This was the main goal of my trip and I was hopeful to walk out with a pair of shoes. Just seemed as though it was inconvenient to him that he measure my feet. As a first time customer I was underwhelmed by the experience. I was hoping for someone a little more passionate about the New Balance brand even to a new customer. Maybe my expectations were to high. I get more charisma from employees at a Payless.
