Lack of information, not accountability, very bad service, always giving fake information, un capable to resolve their issues so the customer have to take the consequence, hide important information about the items you are buying, close the deal and days later makes you to change the items you bought for other ones.

Jamal is the only reason you're getting two stars! The rest of the staff are rude and only care about following you around the store asking you every five minutes if you want to purchase something. How many times do I have to tell you I'm just browsing at the moment? Also, we did purchase a bew couch set from you a few years back now. It took many phone calls to get Kelly to consider replacing a part that her staff forgot when initially delivering the furniture. It never did get replaced. We just ended up taking our loss and deciding to only shop mattresses with them. The delivery team that delivered our furniture should not be allowed in people's homes. They have no respect for someone else's personal space and blame the customer for pieces missing.
