I attended this gym for about 5 months during my stay in AZ. I have significant physical limitations due to neurological damage but I enjoy doing CrossFit. The trainers at this gym were incredible. They took the time during each session to ensure that I worked the correct muscle groups to build the strength necessary. By the end of my stay in Arizona, I was able to do many of the exercises that I could not even safely attempt initially. I am extremely grateful for all of the trainers and their time. Going to this gym has allowed me to have an easier time functioning in every day life. The community is great as well. People there are friendly, down to earth, and supportive. With these trainers and this type of community, CrossFit is truly for everyone. We all start at different levels but with the support of others and drive from within ourselves, most can do this type of exercise. I genuinely enjoyed my time and wish I could have stayed longer.
