11/3: wife says bathroom is flooded. Front desk is aware and says it’s ongoing for 2 days. 11/2: leg curl machine FINALLY got the roller replaced. Took about a month and it was thoroughly worn through. Other padding is still as posted 10/21: wipe stands are still here and so are all the tore up workout machines. Mentioned it to front desk again. Still no signs of changing them out or repairing Update 10/4: I have spotted 3 new wipe stands that are filling spots where the carts used to be. So they have added a few back, still not nearly as many or as prominent as before. Added pictures of multiple racks/machines that have been cracking for some time. Will remove pictures and change rating as equipment is repaired or replaced Update 10/1: Spoke with front desk about multiple machines that needed fixing as the padding has been getting worse each visit. Attached pictures of said machines. There are plenty more starting to wear like these that just are left to continue to rot. Will continue to post pictures as other machines degrade. Cleaning carts have been spotted but employees just use them to restock wipes, nothing more. Update: True to their word VASA customer service reached out and I relayed my concerns to them mentioned in this post. However, after visiting again yesterday, the situation remains the same. Wipes are in short supply and 50% chance they are out at the station you choose, so many members are not wiping stuff down. Wife says bathroom is still disgusting. Staff is always available up front, but with 7k members, you would expect to see employees cleaning equipment at least once in a while but I have never seen anyone other than members clean equipment. It was a nice clean gym until they got rid of most of the wipe stations. Now the remaining ones rarely have wipes because they aren’t restocked often by staff and the few people who do wipe stuff down use them up. The gym is ok but the overall uncleanliness makes it hard to recommend. One trainer said there’s over 7k members at this location, so imagine how nasty that sweaty bench really is. It's got several things to do BASKETBALL, RAQUETBALL , HOT TUB , STEAM ROOM , POOL/ PLENTY OF SPACE / ALSO HAS A HEAVY BAG AND LOTS OF SPECIALZED TRAINING SPIN, CARDIO etc
