First, staff is amazing! They are responsive, available 24/7 on site, welcoming and all around wonderful people. This was our first family vacation since I was diagnosed with cancer I walked into the room to a card from the manager congratulating me and it just made me cry tears of joy because it was so thoughtful. Second, just because you are allowed your dogs as pet parents the guests need to be more respectful; the staff shouldn’t be responsible for picking up after your pet (although they did which is wrong) as we are on vacation we as pet parents should not be on vacation from being respectful and responsible. This ruins it for those that are! Last, you are at the beach; there’s sand…expect it and move on but leave as much as you can on the beach. The way guests treat each other is not the responsibility of the Barefoot Mailman. They are truly outstanding and deal with so much. Highly recommend this hotel!!! Just respect them and all their hard work. Thank you for a wonderful time!
