Luis was so helpful from the moment I drove into the parking lot, he was very friendly and showed me around with the cars that I was interested in. In addition, he made the paperwork go smoothly and while I was filling out forms, he kept my 4 year old busy with little car toys in the office. The best part not only did he help he find my next car, he drove the new car an hour plus away to drop it off close to my home- which he didn't have to do. The whole office team was wonderful and this was the best experience I've had at the dealership. Again, very friendly people big high five to Luis!

I BOUGHT MY VERY FIRST CAR HERE, A 2014 KIA SORRENTO, AND I AM AMAZED BY THE SERVICE THAT WAS PROVIDED. AMY AND DEVIN AND THE REST OF THE STAFF WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND TO FIND ME A CAR WITHIN MY PRICE RANGE THAT FIT MY NEEDS QUICKLY. THEY WERE SUPER ACCOMODATING AND THOUGHTFUL WHILE HELPING ME WORK OUT ALL THE KINKS. THEY STAYED IN TOUCH AND FOLLOWED UP AFTER I TOOK THE CAR HOME TO BE SURE I WAS HAPPY AND EVERYTHING WAS GOOD. Terrible service provided by pushy aggressive salesman who's ONLY concern is getting your money. I too was baited and switched for the little red Mazda and LITERALLY before I knew it I was signing off on a Ford fusion with the transmission on its last leg. I was handed a form to fill out to see if I was approved, and just a few more forms here..... And Alakazam I just bought the car I specifically said I did NOT want. The salesman was so aggressive that at one point I just wrote on the envelope containing the scam "cancel this contract and have a merry Christmas" (it was in December). I then left the lot only to receive a text message right away stating that if I did not return to finalize the paperwork the fusion would be towed to my address at me expense!!! What!?!? I drive right back and was told that the sale was final and I now own this junker for the tune of 6000 bucks! Well I'll shorten it up for ya. Transmission went out seriously less than a month later and now in my driveway sits one of the biggest financial failures of my life so far.
