What has happened to this restaurant?!!! I had never had a bad experience at this establishment; however and most sadly that changed today!!!! From the female that took my order to the male who tossed me my bag full of GREASE. The grease that was all over the bag would’ve maybe given the horrible tasting dry chicken some moisture, maybe even taste. The one star is for the food being hot. The chicken was dry and tasted like they had recooked it several times. Yuck 🤢

I wish they had popcorn chicken and potato wedges still. Won't be back till they do!! Just sayin.

The food was not fully cooked and I went back in with a calm attitude hoping they change it or fix it even get my money back but I did not get a refund and the gave me more chicken again that was raw, I found a hair in my mash potatoes and all the staff had a bad attitude including the manager , I believed they need to take this kfc down or hire a whole new staff

Tried to give me dried out fries, cook got upset when I asked for fresh hot fries. I was not given any gravy for my mash potatoes. Chicken was way too salty and soggy.

Questions & Answers

Why is it that actual customers give honest, well-deserved one star reviews but those who called themselves "Local Guides" give four star ones? Not doing future customers any favors and ensures that a undeserving restaurant stay in business. Sad.

Hey hey! I think I'm considered a local guide, I review all the time (because I myself use reviews all the time to judge a place lmao,) I've been to this place multiple times though I live up the block from a different KFC on Hempstead ave. I never gave them a review but LORD they deserve one, at least compared to that other staff at the closer KFC's. Maybe its not gourmet, sometimes subpar in freshness, but more often than not, they're solid. I'm gonna give em a rating rn actually! Sidenote: that McDonald's next door? Thw ACTUAL WORST, order is wrong ALWAYS, I've been there maybe 20 times since moving out here and maybe twice they got it right. Staff dont give a poo and the management? Even worse. Plus they'll overcharge you. Over and over.
