Jiffy Lube, Valley Stream, Merrick Road, NY needs to get it together. Waited 2hrs on a hot Saturday morning for the shop to open. They are supposed to open at 8am, I arrived 7:20am, by 9:30a 4 other cars were in the lot with me and the staff hadn't arrived. This is not the first time this has occurred.
