They do handbags too! Expert, prompt, and friendly service. I wanted to modify my handbag by adding a cross-body strap, and Frank guided me through what would work with my particular bag, and added lovely grommets, all while I waited. Great shop I'd recommend to anyone!

The service here is fantastic! I walked in at 5:20 and walked out at 5:30 with the tips of my Nine West stilettos replaced. He (I believe his name is Rick) buffed the leather and fixed the wear and tear near the end of the heel too! It cost only $10! It doesn't matter I live 40 minutes away, 10/10 will be returning for future service
