We had to rent the car due to a car accident in which the other insurance company was handling everything for us. We got a call from Enterprise two weeks prior to needing the car and they took care of everything. We showed up on a Saturday morning and the whole process was so easy. The customer service, and care, was amazing and so easy.

If you live within 20 miles of this location, you will not find a better rental experience. I left the Budget rent-a-hell down the road and was not expecting a completely professional experience like what we received while there. I believe her name was Abby asked my wife questions about what she wanted and then found the exact solution we needed, very last minute. As long as we are in Thurston county this will be our only rental car option.

Traveling from 1100 miles away, we had an issue with our truck and had to get it in the shop to be repaired. We have extended warranty coverage which not only helps pay for repairs, but allows us to get a rental car (for up to a certain dollar amount per day). I spoke to our extended warranty company and asked what protocol is in order to get a rental vehicle and was told that they have accounts with all the major car rental companies and to just go in to the rental company and let them know which extended warranty company I am with and it shouldn't be an issue. I chose a different rental company for the sole fact that I get a discount through my employer. Long story short, we left because they were extremely rude and unhelpful. Fast forward a 5 minute drive down the road to Enterprise. We walked in and told the gal behind the counter our dilemma. Explained to her that we have the extended warranty and they should have an account with that company. While they were unable to pull up the account immediately, both the representative and her manager were very helpful in talking to the company to get all the details ironed out and even gave us a great discount on a wonderful vehicle to get my family of 5 back on the road! 2 days later when it was time to return the vehicle, ours still wasn't out of the shop. I made a quick call to let them know that it would be an extra 2 hours and they were very accommodating. I would hands down recommend Enterprise. They were very pleasant and BEYOND helpful in getting us back on the road and have gained my business from here on out!
