STAY AWAY - Dishonest customer service team As a loyal Emerald Executive Elite member, I am highly disappointed by the unethical business practices of this Enterprise branch. An agent facilitating the rental included optional rental charges on my contract despite being told to not include any optional charges. They do not attempt to resolve any conflicts with you and instead refer to the signed contract as some sort of 'gotcha' game. I do not recommend obtaining a rental from this place and will attempt to get Cavalier Auto Shop to stop doing business with this branch.

I rented here last year and had some issues, this time around as far as getting the car and dealing with the staff everything worked out great. David the manager even remembered me from last year. Only hiccup was the car was practically on empty, they offered to meet me at the gas station to fill it up hit I declined, I filed the car a bit a returned it just a little more than empty. Will rent again from this branch next time I am in Huntington, also picking me up and dropping me off was a breeze, no issues what so ever.
