Overall positive experience! Very, very fast paced staff, that were on their toes, and taking orders with a line nearly out the door. Super reasonable prices too! Got a BEC with the works, for only $5+tax. The bagel was fresh, and super super fluffy and good tasting, and the bacon was perfectly crisp. The egg definitely lacked some flavor, but I’m not that tacky over a egg sandwich. The name lives up to the hype however, and anyone based in the area, should give this a go!

Witnessed a very unprofessional exchange between counter girl and customer. Guy made comment about being skipped in line and the girl was openly hostile and defensive. She had an additude and was very unprofessional infront of a store full of customer's. The guy said something about not giving customers an additude and she just kept ranting and talking poorly about the guy. Very embarrassing to see employees acting in such a manner for everyone to see do better

This place really does make the very best bagels. There is something special about the dough that they make. It is as though it is a combination of bagel dough and pretzel dough. Whatever it is, it is exceptionally good.

Have to drive by this gem almost everyday and impossible to NOT stop in for my bagel fix. Outstanding customer service from their friendly, hard working staff, always hustling! Cant beat the prices. Efficient pre order/pick up's. All "Around" best kept secret!
