I bought a new Aeromist misting system in May last year and enjoyed cool mist through the heat of New Mexico. This season I then cleaned and flushed it in early May and found problems with the pump. A call to Aeromist resulted in a friendly and helpful employee, a follow up email with a shipping tracking number, and a new pump replacement here within 3 days! Awesome customer service!
