I just purchased a property in Mesa and it has an Aeromist system with a Model 60100SK pump which trips the gfi outlet after running for 15-30 minutes. An electrician checked the outlet and nothing is wrong with it.
Why is this happening?

18 nozzles. Not sure of size but was told the system was professionally installed a couple years ago.

A 1 GPM pump for 18 nozzles is a little extreme. It sounds like it's way too much pump for the patio size

Its a 1gpm pump. I would try a different outlet just to be sure.

Ohm the motor if your not seeing anything obvious with wiring on the pump sled
