I had to get towed from the highway and called mavis on Jericho turnpike, they had my tire in stock and they were closing in an hour, Jamell from mavis told me to come in and he’ll take care of me. He understood my situation and understood what I was going through being stuck on the side of the road during rush hour. They had me up and running in an hour. And even mounted a new tire on my spare. Jamell put himself in my shoes and helped me out. Great guy and great service!!!

Made an appointment today for an inspection. Arrived to be told they don't do inspections on Wednesday, and this happens all the time. Contacted the District Manager for Mavis. I explained the issue. His response was to go to another store and he would look into it. He did not ask for my name or number to follow up with me on a resolution or try to fix my situation. Feedback from the mechanic is this issue has been going on forever and I had to call a District Manager. Expectation is nothing will change and very poor customer service even at the District Level.
